When intentions align with desires, happiness happens. Not the fluff, but the  sticky-to-the-soul stuff. The kind that lasts, because it's yours. Fulfillment, meaning dharma and wellbeing, it all flows from here. But most resolutions slip into a loss of time, energy and hope. Misled desires are at the very heart of suffering in Yoga and wisdom traditions. 
     
In this session we'll explore the yogic path of sankalpa, your heartfelt intention stemming from the Atman, the true you. Think appreciative inquiry meets soul-listening. 
We'll use tools from Positive psychology and the fast-growing subfield known as the science of happiness, all about how humans can thrive, to surface the truth of your desires. Just that! 
Come connect, sweat, chant laugh and learn what is calling you.  You will move in ways that open your heart to those vulnerable places that hold the scary and wonderful truth of you, creating your heart-led plan to thrive in the new year.

The afternoon will begin with a discussion of yoga and wellbeing, followed by asana practice, then a few key experience of time tested tools from both yoga and positive psychology, ending with a personal plan to impact your work-life, IRL (in real life:)
